For the past 14 years, Pinnacol has been working with JJ Keller to offer our customers online safety training. However, starting from January 1, 2024, customers will no longer have access to JJ Keller through Pinnacol for their online safety training needs.
But don't worry, we have an exciting update! We have just launched our very own online safety training platform called Safety Education Online. The best part is that all our customers are eligible to access Safety Education Online. It's a user-friendly platform that makes it easy for everyone to access. Say goodbye to the hassle of dealing with points or complicated processes.

What happens to my JJ Keller account after December 31, 2023? All current JJ Keller users will continue to have access to their accounts. You will still be able to access reporting.
Q. What if I still have points left in my account, will those go away?
A. All points that are currently in your JJ Keller account through Pinnacol will remain until they are used or have expired.
Q. What if I wish to continue using JJ Keller after December 31, 2023?
A. All accounts will remain active and if you wish to continue using JJ Keller for your online training needs, contact Sheila McClone at smcclone@jjkeller.com. Current accounts will continue to receive a 10% discount on the purchase of additional points.
Q. What if I need to take online OSHA 10/30 Hour courses?
A. Pinnacol offers in-person OSHA 10/30 Hour courses that are available for all customers to take. If you wish to use online OSHA 10/30 Hour courses, there are several online providers who provide those.
Q. Can I sign up for Safety Education Online?
A. Yes! Safety Education Online is available to all Pinnacol customers at no additional cost. The best part is you no longer have to hassle with dealing with points or complicated processes. Customers can submit a request to enroll in this system through our Safety Education Online web page.
