Ferguson’s commitment to safety is evident in her nearly 10-year tenure leading the safety committee at PrimeSource Staffing before joining Pinnacol in 2024. She brings a proven track record of boosting profits, reducing costs and collaborating with teams to achieve outstanding results. Ferguson excels in client relations and leverages her bilingual skills to effectively serve a diverse customer base.
Holding a bachelor’s degree from the University of Arizona, Ferguson is a lifelong learner dedicated to continuous improvement and discovering innovative solutions to challenges. Outside work, she enjoys cooking, traveling and volunteering with animal rescue organizations.
