Justine Tucker

Safety Consultant

Justine Tucker started as a safety consultant at Pinnacol in 2023. In her role, she’s eager to guide our customers, so they can keep their employees safe and healthy on the job. 

Tucker has a wealth of experience in the insurance industry, starting at State Farm Insurance, where she worked for 16 years, holding several positions from call center representative to claims processing. Tucker worked for Energes Services as a fleet manager and Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) specialist before joining JOMAX Construction as a safety coordinator. Prior to Pinnacol, she also worked as a senior workers' compensation advisor with Assured Partners.

Organizational skills come naturally to Tucker. She manages filing systems effectively and efficiently in her role as a safety consultant. She excels in written and verbal communication, which she learned from interactions with various leadership teams and customers. Her experience has equipped her with the knowledge and confidence to evaluate and handle situations appropriately. 

Tucker earned her Certified Workers' Compensation Counselor (CWCC) from the IPA Academy and has completed the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) 10 and PEC Safeland courses. Tucker is also a certified medic and first aid instructor.
