For Joshua Weiss, it’s all about helping others, which is why he is passionate about fulfilling that in both his personal and professional life. As a safety consultant, Weiss works with customers to identify safety-related hazards in the workplace through trends and risk analysis. Weiss is keen on mitigating risk by providing customers with the appropriate tools, training and recommendations.
Weiss worked as an emergency medical technician (EMT) for River Medical and then as a safety specialist for Amazon before joining Pinnacol Assurance in 2022. In addition to his EMT designation, he is a certified CPR instructor through American Red Cross.
While earning a bachelor’s degree in public health from Northern Arizona University, Weiss gained experience as a ski instructor and patroller at Arizona Snowbowl. In his free time, he enjoys being outside hiking, skiing, golfing and staying active with friends.
