What are musculoskeletal disorders, anyway?

Musculoskeletal disorders, also known as MSDs, involve the muscles, tendons, ligaments, cartilage, bursas, nerves, and vascular and structural soft tissue supporting the spine, including the intervertebral discs. MSDs are some of the most common (and sometimes most expensive) injuries across all industries.
