Ryan Dedolph, CSP, ARM

As a Safety Program Manager at Pinnacol Assurance, Ryan Dedolph bridges the gap between specialized safety services and strategic risk advancement. He serves as a catalyst for innovation, specializing in the implementation of Artificial Intelligence and the design of scalable processes to drive program efficiency. By assisting with advanced analytics and development safety products for high-risk sectors, Ryan provides stakeholders with the strategic frameworks needed to mitigate enterprise-wide risk.

Ryan brings nine years of experience in safety, loss control, and Human and Organizational Performance (HOP) to his work. He holds a Bachelor of Science with a minor in chemistry and is currently pursuing an MBA with an emphasis in Risk Management & Insurance. His professional credentials also include the Certified Safety Professional (CSP) and Associate in Risk Management (ARM) designations. Outside of the office, Ryan is an avid sports fan especially football and hockey.
