Lori Whitesides

Safety Education & Experience Manager 

As the manager of Pinnacol Assurance’s education and experience team, Lori Whitesides specializes in creating an experience her customers will remember and training programs that address root causes and individual customer needs. She believes in treating employee safety as a solution rather than a problem to control. 

Whitesides has been with Pinnacol since 2001, working in a variety of capacities within safety and claims, including safety experience program manager, safety services coordinator, medical claims associate, and administrative assistant. She received her Certified Associate Program Manager (CAPM) from the Project Management Institute (PMI).
