Jon VonderHaar is a safety education and experience specialist with a wealth of knowledge and experience in ergonomics and safety. VonderHaar studied exercise science with concentrations in kinesiotherapy and biomechanics at the University of Toledo, which prepared for a healthcare career, offering ergonomics support to various occupational medicine providers. After working as an ergonomics consultant for the California State Insurance Fund, VonderHaar joined Pinnacol in 2018 as a safety consultant.

With a background in ergonomics, VonderHaar ensures the safety and well-being of customers in the workplace. VonderHaar holds a Certified Safety Professional designation and a Certificate in Safety and Risk Management. For VonderHaar, it’s all about improving physical work operations and finding best practices to optimize human well-being and overall organizational performance. VonderHaar excels in developing content and providing training that allows customers to operate at the highest level.
