Safety Instructional Designer

Safety Instructional Designer, DeAnna Marguglio, is passionate about developing preventative education to protect Pinnacol Assurance customers. She channels that passion into designing eLearning courses, writing curriculum for training and creating promotional materials to support Pinnacol’s safety services training. 

Before joining Pinnacol in 2022, Marguglio was an instructional designer with Gamma Phi Beta International Sorority for five years. Marguglio attended Coe College, where she earned bachelor’s degrees in chemistry and secondary education before completing her Master of Education (M.Ed.) at Iowa State University.
