Safety Innovation Specialist 

As a Safety Innovation Specialist for Pinnacol Assurance since 2022, Allison Hoskins provides assistance and guidance in helping diverse businesses with employee safety, workers’ compensation, safety culture, training, and OSHA compliance. She educates her customers that safety is not just about compliance, but it is also a collaborative and proactive process that serves to improve the overall well-being of everyone in the organization.

Hoskins has previous experience in safety and compliance working for a building material supplier. She holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration. She holds an Associate’s in Insurance (AINS) designation through The Institutes, is a Certified Occupational Safety Specialist (COSS), is a Certified Safety Professional (CSP) through the Board of Certified Safety Professionals (BCSP) and has a certification in risk management insurance through the University of Colorado at Denver.

Hoskins is well-versed in Colorado’s Cost Containment Program requirements and has helped businesses of all sizes achieve this certification, which provides a foundation for formal safety program development and allows the customer to receive a 5% discount on their policy.
